PURCHASING AND REFUNDS
All prices are displayed and charged in (€) Euro. Any prices quoted in other currencies are intended for guidance only.
We aim to reflect the most accurate information on product pricing at all times. Items are supplied at the publisher’s recommended price except where a discount or special offer has been applied.
Occasionally publishers can increase their prices unexpectedly. If this occurs or in the event of a pricing error we will contact you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price or to cancel your order.
ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. aims to deliver your goods within the quoted delivery times. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition (shrink-wrapped) within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns should be securely wrapped and sent with the original packing slip and cover letter to explain the reasons for return to ARCHIDEMIA,S.L., Carrer de Fontanella 18, Entresuelo 1ª Derecha 08010 Barcelona.
Archidemia will refund all items received in their original condition excluding the original delivery charge. Any postal charges, insurance, including customs duties to re-import for the return of an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Injection Manikins must be returned in their original conditions without any sign of injections or any type of test.
Shipment Damage in Transit
What if my item comes damaged?
Ebooks cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless faulty. Ebooks are deemed delivered to the purchaser upon provision of the download file and any faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
ORDER IS MISSING
If your order has been shipped but our delivery partners have failed to deliver, your order could be lost in transit. If your tracking has been marked as delivered but you have not received your parcel your order could also be deemed as lost. If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days after the dispatch notification sent by email, you will need to contact our customer service team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this. If we suspect your parcel is in fact lost we will need to raise a claim with the courier service. Claims can take up to 30 days to process from the point of us recognising that the parcel is lost. Once the claim has been submitted this can take up to 30 days to conclude. During the claims process, we will be unable to resend your order or issue you a refund. Once a claim has been concluded we will only be able to take action based on the outcome of the claim. The outcome of the claim is a final decision and cannot be overridden.
A customer may cancel an order either before or up to 7 days after the receipt of the goods. Notification must be made in writing either by e-mail or by post to email@example.com or ARCHIDEMIA,S.L., Carrer de Fontanella 18,Entresuelo 1ª Derecha ,08010 Barcelona. A refund will be offered to provide the goods are returned to ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. in their original condition, excluding the original delivery charge.
UK orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in London (UK). Rest of the world orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Barcelona (Spain).
If a dispatched item is delayed or assumed lost in transit, ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. will replace or refund the item after the following periods:
- 15 business days after despatch if the item is sent by standard post within Spain
- 20 business days after despatch if the item is sent by standard airmail to the EU and Europe.
- 30 business days after despatch if the item is sent by standard airmail to the Rest of the World.
Courier ‘signed for’ deliveries will have a full tracking facility; however, ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. will endeavor to assist customers with any issues that may arise.
When you choose to register with Archidemia.com, you will be required to choose an e-mail address and password. You will be responsible for any activity taken under these details. Passwords should be kept safe and must be changed immediately if they have been compromised. If any of your details change you must update your account as soon as possible.
All information given to ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. is stored securely and is not accessible to any other user.
Archidemia will not divulge any information concerning customers to any third party that would be in breach of the Data Protection Act.
Archidemia will not transfer any data outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without prior consent.
ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. uses Secure Socket layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit cards and personal details submitted over the internet.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT/IVA)
All prices displayed on Archidemia.com are exclusive of Spanish VAT/IVA.
Spanish Vat on Books is 4% and 21% standard rate.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When ordering from archidemia.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. has no control over these charges, nor can Archidemia predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
No change or refunds in cash or to a credit card will be given where the sales transaction is less than the balance of the gift voucher. Any balance leftover will be carried over as credit against another purchase. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against purchases made via Archidemia.com.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. may often provide customers with a promotional code or news of special offers in the form of a discount which shall be redeemed at the checkout process. These discounts are only applicable to online purchases via the Archidemia website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; the higher discount will always apply.
Returns for any free items included in a promotion will not be replaced or refunded.
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn by Archidemia without notice.

If you would like to review an item you must be a registered user.
ARCHIDEMIA,S.L. reserve the right to not publish any material which is deemed as unsuitable.
